- The Portland Sea Dogs wrapped up their season yesterday with a 12 – 4 rout of New Hampshire. Prior to the game, the Sea Dogs handed out the teams awards, including The Eastern League Announcer of the Year awarded to Mike Antonellis. You can hear Mike this afternoon on 96.3 The Big Jab as Matty and Jeff fill in for Chris on the PM Jab.
- In case you went to Aroostook county this weekend(or got arrested), Richard Seymour was traded to the Raiders for a 2011 first round pick. The only problem is Mr Seymour hasn't reported to Oakland yet. Drama.
- The Maine Red Claws announce coaching staff.
- The Red Sox completed an awful long weekend in Chicago with another loss yesterday. Josh Beckett wasn't awful, but he wasn't an ace either. They return home tonight to take on the hapless Orioles.
