PORTLAND, ME – The Maine Red Claws, presented by Quirk Chevrolet, today announced that individual tickets will go on sale Wednesday, November 4 at 8:30 AM. The announcement was made today by Maine Red Claws President and General Manager Jon Jennings.
Tickets will be available at the Red Claws offices, located at 413 Congress Street in Portland, online at www.maineredclaws.com, and by phone at (207) 210-6655. Tickets will also be available at the Portland Expo box office, located at 239 Park Street in Portland, Wednesday, November 4 through Saturday, November 7 from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
The Red Claws will play 24 home games at the 3,091-seat Portland Expo Building, and individual game ticket prices will range from $5 for end zone seats to $30 for center court seats.
With a season ticket base of 1,400 and group ticket sales already sold out for seven games, the team expects to be at capacity for every home game during their inaugural season.
“Anyone who has ever seen a game at the Expo knows that there is not a bad seat in the building,” said Jennings. “I am confident the Expo will be full and loud for games this season.”
One lucky fan will not have to wait in line for tickets. The Red Claws will randomly select one fan from their Twitter followers to receive two tickets to the team’s home opener on December 4. To be eligible, fans must sign up to follow the Red Claws on Twitter prior to midnight on November 3.
