According to WMTW, the Cumberland County Civic Center Trustees have announced a special meeting at the Penalty Box Grill, located in the Civic Center's lobby. They also state "significant progress" has been made in negotiations. 2 things I noticed about this.
1. This is not a press conference.
2. The Pirates are out of town all weekend, if this was a "The Pirates Are Staying Announcement", wouldn't they do it when the Pirates were home? There is also no mention of negotiations or any Pirates involved with tomorrow's meeting.
